Since 1939, the Hi-Way Bakery has been making fresh donuts, pastries, and cakes along the Lincoln Highway. Until 2006, the bakery was operated by the Delcotto family, who utilized traditional Italian family recipes, such as cannoli and sfogliatelle, as well as other local favorites like paczki and rum baba. Loyal staff members, including baker and current owner John Koester, have carried on the traditions. Visit the bakery for coffee and your favorite pastry, open seven days a week until noon.
