Pearson's Service Station was first opened in 1941 by Spainer (Booey) Pearson. In 1961, he welcomed Harold Miller as a partner. The station was renamed the Pearson & Miller Service Station and operated by the pair as a Conoco gas station. Miller took over the operation following Pearson's retirement in 1966. The business continued as Miller's Service Station for 33 years until his retirement in 1994.
