Constructed in the 1950s, the quiet U.S. 30 Motel features a central management office with a small lunch counter and eight rooms. The rooms are equally divided between two small lodge buildings, which are sited to create an "L" shaped footprint, enclosing the motor court/parking area. The motel remains open and welcoming to Lincoln Highway travelers in Kendall County.
